Take vitamin B6 and B12 supplements, they speed up your metabolisum like no other.
If you think your about to binge ,chew some gum think of all those horrible wobbly bits.
Take caffine tablets .. Pro plus is a good one as it boosts energy too.
Smoke when you feel hungry
Sleep at least 6hrs a night... any less than that it stimulates appetite by 15%
Assosiate food with feeling sick

If eating is occuring drink 2 mouthfuls of water for every bite of food .. this will fill you up quicker.
Dont swallow bite, chew, spit
Cut your food into tiny pieces
Chew 10 times before swallowing any mouthfull
Count 100 times beforw going to eat by the time you get to 100 youll find your appitite might have supresed
Go and brush your teeth if you feel the erge to eat.
Eat negative calorie food like fruit n veg, they'll keep your digestive system moving with fewers calories.
Drink loads of water/Diet drinks (as only have 1 calorie per can) a glass every hour.
Always work off more calories than you consume.

Distractions from food

Go through old photos find ones of your h.w
Make jewlery
Read a book
have a girly day pamper yourself
have an extra bath
Make a ana - collage - drawing - poem - website anything!
Get up clean room / house .. get busy!
Put music on dance around burn a few colories off
Make scrap book of thinspo
Gather pictures, quotes.. anything beautifull for your scrap book.

Hidding your habbits

Leave dishes in the sink, leave evidnce that you have eaten something (even if you havnt)
Dont foget if you hide food in places to dispose of it asap
Put diet pills in a vitamin bottle
Dont tell people you think your fat or bost about how much weight your loosing
Use excuses not to eat like "im not feeling too well and go to your room"
When noone is around get some food prepare it , make it and then dispose of it leaving dirty dishes in sight.
Dont show off your weight loss untill you've reached you goal .. cover up with bag clothes jumpers , jogging bottoms ect.

  1. Helpful tip: use Invisalign (or similar) trays. The work it takes to remove the trays, store them, clean your teeth after eating, and replacing the trays is more than what it's worth to justify that snack.
